This is a plain-language summary of the most important terms that affect you as a user. The full Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement remain the legally binding documents.

What Tactye provides

Tactye Sport is a digital coaching platform for sports clubs and academies, including team management, training planning, tactical boards, and AI-assisted coaching tools.

Who is responsible for your data

Your club or academy is the Data Controller — they decide what data is collected and why. Tactye Oy is the Data Processor — we store and process data only on your club’s instructions.

Minors and parental consent

GDPR Article 8 (and the UK GDPR) allows each EU country and the UK to set its own digital consent age between 13 and 16. If the user is below the consent age in their country, a parent or legal guardian must give written consent before any personal data is entered into the platform. See the country table at the end of this document.

Your data rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data; to export it; and to object to certain processing. Contact your club or admin@tactye.com.

You can delete your own account at any time in your account settings. It deletes your organization and everything in it, and cannot be undone.

What happens when a subscription ends

Your club receives an email notification. Data is kept for 30 days. Your club may request an extension of up to 180 days by email. After that, data is permanently deleted.

AI features

The platform includes AI-assisted coaching tools. AI outputs are advisory only and are not a substitute for professional coaching judgement.

Changes to the terms

Tactye will give at least 30 days’ notice before making material changes to the Terms of Service.

Governing language

If these terms are available in your language, the English version is the legally binding version in case of any conflict.

Digital consent age by country (GDPR Article 8)

Under GDPR Article 8, each EU/EEA Member State sets its own age below which a parent or legal guardian must consent to the processing of a child’s personal data. If the child is below the age listed for their country of residence, a guardian consent must be recorded before the child’s data is entered into the Tactye Sport platform.
